Registered Midwife

1. Prepares various patient care activities in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the patient.

2. Assists patient(s) with their personal hygiene.

3. Transports ambulatory patients to the diagnostic Department using wheelchair with the assistance of the staff nurse.

4. Measures intake and output as directed.

5. Takes and records vital signs of stable patients and promptly reports all unusual findings/ condition/reactions to the staff nurse and/or head nurse/charge nurse on duty.

6. Shaves patient for surgery with the supervision of the staff nurse.
