Registered Migration Agent – Mandarin Speaking ( An advantage )

Workconnex is seeking an experienced and client-focused Registered Migration Agent to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on student, graduate, skilled, employer-sponsored, partner and other visa pathways.
• Prepare, review and lodge visa applications.
• Communicate with clients in both Mandarin and English.
• Manage client files, documentation and deadlines.
• Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with our admissions, sales and administrative teams.

Requirements

• Current Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN).
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin ( Advantage ) and English.
• Strong understanding of Australian migration legislation and visa processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Professional, ethical and client-focused approach.
• Experience with student and education-related visas will be highly regarded.
