What they need
Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Evanston Hospital
Hours: 36 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, rotating weekends
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain professional standards
- Take responsibility and accountability for nursing outcomes
- Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing staff in patient care delivery
- Promote patient safety and deliver high-quality care experiences
Qualifications and Skills:
- BSN degree preferred
- Current IL RN licensure required
- BLS/CPR certification mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
