Registered Nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The successful candidate will have a solid clinical background, demonstrate exceptional clients care skills, and appreciate the opportunity to work flexible hours while positively impacting clients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments for home care clients.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing services (wound care, medication administration, etc.).
• Monitor and document client health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support CNAs/home health aides per state requirements.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Educate clients and family members on disease management, medication adherence, and wellness practices.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.
• Accurately document all nursing care provided in the client’s medical record.
• Report any changes in client condition promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience (home care preferred but not required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Flexible and willing to work in a growing agency environment.

Pay: $41.00 - $47.00 per hour
