Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent patient-care abilities, and a professional, detail-oriented approach to supporting patients throughout their aesthetic or surgical journey. As Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care before, during, and after procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain relevant medical histories.
• Prepare patients for aesthetic and plastic surgery procedures.
• Assist physicians and surgeons with surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care and patient education.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and recognize potential complications promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within scope of practice.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and post-procedure assessments.
• Provide patients with clear instructions regarding recovery, medications, skincare, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and clinical documentation.
• Support infection prevention and control standards and maintain a safe clinical environment.
• Assist with patient consultations, treatment preparation, and follow-up appointments.
• Educate patients on aesthetic treatments, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
• Maintain knowledge of current aesthetic, plastic surgery, and skincare procedures.
• Provide exceptional patient service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, surgeons, aestheticians, and other clinical staff. Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) DHA license and eligibility to practice in [Country/Region].

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a premium aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinic.
• Experience with injectable treatments, IV, laser treatments, skin procedures, or cosmetic surgery support.
• Certification or training in aesthetic nursing, cosmetic procedures, or relevant specialties.
• Experience providing post-procedure follow-up and patient education.
• [5+] years of nursing experience, preferably within aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or a similar specialty.
• Proven experience assisting with aesthetic and/or plastic surgery procedures.
• Strong knowledge of pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Professional appearance and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
