Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Nursing (must be a Registered Nurse)
• Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Prior experience in supervising or leading a team is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, infection control, and patient care standards
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and make decisions confidently
• Proficient in clinical documentation and basic computer systems
• Pleasant personality, committed, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery
• Supervise, train, mentor, and support clinic staff
• Ensure proper patient flow, appointment management, and timely service
• Maintain accurate and updated patient documentation, medical records, and reports
• Monitor medication and medical supplies, including stock checks, proper storage, and replenishment
• Ensure compliance with clinical SOPs, healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and safety protocols
• Assist doctors with clinical procedures and treatment when required
• Provide high-quality patient care, education, and support to ensure patient satisfaction
• Liaise with management on clinic needs, staff planning, performance matters, and process improvements
• Handle patient feedback, issues, and service recovery professionally
• Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, and work ethics within the clinic environment
