Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain inventory and availability of medical supplies and medications, coordinating with the appropriate personnel to meet resident needs.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and care quality.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• License: RN License for Missouri
• Certification: Current CPR certification required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety standards.
