Registered Nurse

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to individuals residing in Person Centered Group Homes for Mental Health and Abuse Participants. Your primary duties will include visiting clients in their homes, assisting with medication administration, and supporting their overall well-being. Responsibilities

• Visit Person Centered Group Homes regularly to assess and support mental health and abuse participants.
• Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with prescribed protocols.
• Monitor clients' health status, observe for any changes or concerns, and document findings appropriately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, caregivers, and family members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to clients regarding medication management and health maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies during visits and treatments.
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, medication administration, and care activities.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or urgent health issues that arise during visits.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience working with mental health or vulnerable populations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Reliable transportation for visiting multiple locations as required.

Pay: $30.00 - $49.00 per hour
