Registered Nurse

Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, professional, and high-quality nursing and aesthetic services to clients. The RN will assist in aesthetic treatments, conduct client assessments, provide proper aftercare instructions, and ensure that all procedures are performed according to clinic protocols, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Assessment & Consultation

• Conduct initial health and skin assessments before treatment.
• Obtain and review the client's medical history, allergies, medications, and relevant health information.
• Identify contraindications and determine whether the client is suitable for specific treatments.
• Explain procedures, expected results, possible side effects, and aftercare requirements.
• Obtain appropriate client consent before procedures.

2. Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform or assist with approved aesthetic procedures within the scope of nursing practice and company protocols.
• Safely administer treatments such as facials, non-invasive aesthetic procedures, and other services authorized by the clinic.
• Perform IV-related procedures only when properly trained, competent, and legally authorized.
• Follow proper infection control, sterilization, and safety procedures at all times.
• Monitor clients before, during, and after treatment.

3. IV Therapy / Medical Aesthetic Services

• Perform IV insertion and related procedures when qualified and authorized.
• Verify physician orders, treatment plans, client information, and applicable safety requirements before IV-related procedures.
• Monitor clients for adverse reactions or complications.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and immediately escalate concerns to the appropriate medical professional.

4. Client Care & Aftercare

• Provide clear and professional post-treatment instructions.
• Educate clients regarding proper skincare, medication or treatment precautions, and follow-up care when applicable.
• Monitor client recovery and address concerns appropriately.
• Maintain a professional, reassuring, and client-centered approach throughout the treatment.

5. Sales & Client Service

• Recommend appropriate treatments and services based on the client's needs and assessment.
• Explain treatment benefits, packages, memberships, and available services accurately.
• Support the clinic's sales targets through ethical selling and proper client education.
• Build good client relationships and encourage repeat visits without using misleading or aggressive sales practices.

6. Documentation & Records

• Maintain accurate and complete client treatment records.
• Document procedures performed, products or medications used, client responses, and relevant observations.
• Report adverse reactions, treatment concerns, incidents, or errors immediately to management and/or the attending physician.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and medical information.

7. Clinic Operations

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper organization of the treatment area.
• Ensure that equipment and supplies are properly handled and stored.
• Monitor inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies and report shortages or expired items.
• Follow clinic policies, SOPs, infection-control protocols, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist the Branch Manager and clinic team in maintaining smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• Preferably with experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, wellness, IV therapy, or medical aesthetics.
• Experience in IV insertion/phlebotomy is an advantage.
• IV Therapy, Phlebotomy, Basic Life Support (BLS), or related certifications are an advantage.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and client consultation is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, presentable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to undergo company training and skills assessment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules when required.
