Registered Nurse

Join our healthcare team! We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Hemodialysis Nurse to provide quality care to our dialysis patients.

Responsibilities:

• Takes direct and appropriate action in urgent and emergency situation.
• Communicates and coordinates with the Infection Control Personnel regarding related issues.
• Ensures, in cooperation with the charge nurse and staff nurse, that every patient receives the
• Five Regard to Medication (patient, drug, route, dose, time), with proper action whenever this is not fulfilled.
• Ensures, in cooperation with the medical team, that every patient receives the appropriate nutritional requirements as per physician’s order.
• Provide safe and effective delivery of care to all patients.
• Start-up, set-up, operation, rinse and disinfection, of dialysis machines. Priming of dialyzers including all safety checks related to the reuse of dialyzers.
• Pre- and post-dialysis nursing evaluation of patients, including sing-off after each dialysis shift on treatment records for assigned patients.
• Initiates and discontinues dialysis treatment on all assigned patients.
• Other Assigned Tasks.

With at least 6 months HD nurse experience.

- Will be assigned to San Fernandino Hospital Inc.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Hemodialysis Nurse: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Nursing license (Required)
