About the role

BDMS Wellness Clinic Co., Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Bangkok. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the overall operations of our medical clinic. What you'll be doing

• Providing direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Provide comprehensive patient care in line with BDMS Wellness Clinic standards, ensuring comfort, safety, and support
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans, coordinating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant medical regulations and protocols
• Assisting with the coordination of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Educate patients and their families on wellness practices, preventive health strategies, and post-care instructions
• Stay current on healthcare trends, practices, and medical technology relevant to wellness nursing
• Adhere to BDMS policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines in all interactions and clinical activities

What we're looking for

• A valid Nursing license and a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a medical clinic or hospital setting. Experience in wellness, preventative care, or holistic health services is an advantage.
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with the medical team and provide compassionate care to patients
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology, with a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations with professionalism.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality
