Registered Nurse

Job Title: Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health (Korean/English)

**About the Role:**We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in home health settings. You will be instrumental in coordinating care plans, performing assessments, and ensuring that our Korean-speaking patient population receives exceptional, culturally competent support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Perform thorough patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and physical examinations. Implement and update individualized plans of care based on physician orders.
• Bilingual Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for Korean-speaking patients, ensuring clear communication, patient education, and understanding of health directives.
• Clinical Duties: Administer medications, injections, and IV infusions; perform wound care, catheterization, and other skilled nursing procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using EMR/EHR systems. Complete OASIS assessments and ensure compliance with ICD-10 coding standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including PTs, OTs, and social workers, to coordinate discharge planning and case management.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations, infection control protocols, and agency quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• Language Skills: Required: Fluent in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; Home Health or hospice/palliative care experience is highly valued.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR/EHR software; experience with OASIS and ICD-10 coding.
• Core Competencies: Ability to exercise independent clinical judgment, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to patient advocacy.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical activities associated with nursing, including standing for extended periods, bending, and heavy lifting/assisting patients as required.

Pay: $85.00 - $140.00 per hour
