Registered Nurse – Visa Sponsorship

We are hiring a Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in London. You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, and keep accurate patient records.

UK visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates who meet NMC and Home Office requirements. Sponsorship is not guaranteed and depends on licence, role eligibility, and a successful appointment.

Salary: £38,488–£46,852 per year (NHS Band 5 including Inner London weighting), 37.5 hours per week.

What you will do

• Assess patients, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care
• Administer medicines and monitor vital signs
• Keep clear clinical records and escalate concerns promptly
• Support patients and families with dignity and clear communication
• Work with doctors, allied health professionals and support staff
• Follow infection control, safeguarding and NMC Code
• Take part in handovers, training and clinical supervision

What you need

• Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN, or a clear path to NMC registration before start
• Right to work in the UK, or eligibility for Skilled Worker / Health and Care visa sponsorship
• Adult nursing experience in a hospital, clinic or community setting (newly qualified nurses with preceptorship needs will be considered)
• Strong English for clinical handover and documentation
• DBS clearance and occupational health clearance (we will arrange)
