Registered Nurse | Tenure | Alden Bishop Selwyn, Spreydon in Christchurch
Provide calm, professional clinical care while supporting residents to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

About the role
Deliver high-quality nursing care in a casual role across a 24/7 roster so flexibility is a must. You’ll work closely with the Clinical Services Manager, caregivers, residents, and families to ensure safe, consistent, and person-centred care.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality clinical care
• Assess residents and develop, review, and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor resident wellbeing and respond to changes
• Support and guide the caregiving team as needed

Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• NZ-registered RN with a current APC
• Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Confident communication and teamwork approach
• InterRAI experience (preferred)
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa (we are unable to provide visa support for this role)
