Registered Nurse

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our home care agnecy. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality client care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing service plans and care plans. Your expertise in familiarity with HIPAA regulations will ensure that our clients receive the best possible care in the privacy of their own home/environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history.
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare teams to implement them.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, self-care techniques, and preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an agency.
