Registered Nurse

Position Summary

The RN will perform supervisory visits and assessments as requested by clients and required by agency policy. While this position does not provide skilled nursing care (our license is for non-skilled care only), it plays a critical role in evaluating caregivers, reviewing care plans, and ensuring compliance with client and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and service reviews.

· Review and update personal care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and caregivers.

· Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

· Provide training and education to caregiving staff.

· Perform billable supervisory home visits upon client request.

· Maintain client confidentiality and ensure compliance with agency standards.

· Collaborate with the Administrator on orientation, training, and quality assurance.

· Support a culture of compassion, dignity, and professionalism.

Qualifications

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

· Current RN license in the state of Georgia (or multistate compact).

· Minimum of 2 year RN experience (private duty home health preferred).

· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

· Professional liability insurance.

· Strong written/verbal communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to use basic computer systems (documentation, word processing).

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: $41.01 - $49.39 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 24.0 per week
