TrueLife Home Healthcare is looking for a qualified and compassionate Home Female Registered Nurses to join our growing team and provide high-quality nursing services to patients in the comfort of their homes across Dubai.

We are looking for a patient-focused professional who can independently assess patients, develop personalized rehabilitation programs, and deliver safe and effective physiotherapy interventions while maintaining a high standard of clinical care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing)from a recognized nursing college/university.
• Valid DHA eligibility letter/registration or DHA license
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Previous home healthcare/home nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in complex and critical care, chronic disease management, post-operative care.
• Ability to assess patients and identify changes in their condition.
• Experience with medication administration, wound care, vital-sign monitoring, catheter care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures as applicable to scope of practice.
• Flexible to work shifts, including day/night shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and high-quality nursing care at patients' homes.
• Monitor patients' health and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures according to the care plan.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing records.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and family members regarding ongoing care.
• Maintain professional standards and confidentiality.
