RN – Wellness & IV Infusion Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our chiropractic and wellness practice. This position is focused on providing IV vitamin and wellness infusion services to patients in a comfortable, welcoming environment.

The RN will be responsible for safely administering IV vitamin and wellness infusions, monitoring patients throughout their appointments, and providing excellent patient education and care. The ideal candidate is confident with IV placement, has strong clinical judgment, and enjoys working in a wellness-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake and review relevant medical history before treatments.
• Assess patients prior to IV infusion services and identify any concerns that may require additional evaluation.
• Safely start and maintain peripheral IV access.
• Prepare and administer physician-approved vitamin and wellness infusions according to established protocols and orders.
• Monitor patients throughout infusions and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions or changes in condition.
• Provide education regarding the infusion process, aftercare, and general wellness services.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Follow infection-control, medication-handling, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area.
• Communicate effectively with the chiropractor, providers, and other members of the wellness team.
• Provide a friendly, professional experience that helps patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• IV insertion and infusion experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and patient-monitoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a healthcare team.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
• Experience in wellness, IV therapy, functional medicine, or a similar setting is a plus.
• BLS

Position

This is an opportunity for an RN who enjoys patient interaction and is interested in working in a chiropractic and wellness environment rather than a traditional hospital or acute-care setting.

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 24.0 per week
