Join Our Growing Home Care Team
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Raleigh, and surrounding communities
Schedule: Flexible – Part-Time / PRN
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct client assessments and reassessments
✔️ Develop and oversee individualized care plans
✔️ Supervise and support caregivers
✔️ Monitor clients’ health status and changing needs
✔️ Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
✔️ Help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license
- Home care or home health experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently
