Registered Nurse

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Supervisor with strong experience in the UAE home healthcare sector to supervise nursing services and ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nurses and caregivers providing home healthcare services.
• Handle insurance patients, including coordination for approvals, documentation, and required medical reports.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate appropriate care plans.
• Manage and supervise care for newborn and postnatal patients.
• Coordinate care for bedridden, elderly, chronic, and dependent patients.
• Monitor nursing staff performance, attendance, clinical practices, and patient care.
• Conduct regular patient and staff follow-ups and home visits when required.
• Coordinate with doctors, patients, families, insurance companies, and the management team.
• Ensure proper documentation, nursing notes, medication records, and care plans are maintained.
• Handle patient and family concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, infection-control standards, and company policies.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
