Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at home.
• Monitor and record vital signs including BP, pulse, temperature and SpO₂.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within scope of practice.
• Provide post-operative and post-hospitalisation nursing care.
• Assist with wound care, dressing and infection-control practices.
• Provide bedside nursing and continuous patient monitoring when required.
• Care for patients with feeding tubes, urinary catheters, IV lines and other medical devices according to clinical instructions.
• Assist with patient positioning, mobility and safe transfers.
• Support elderly, bedridden and dependent patients with daily care needs.
• Observe changes in patient condition and promptly report concerns.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient care records.
• Coordinate with doctors, family members and the VCare@Home care team.
• Follow clinical protocols, patient safety and infection-control standards.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and compassionate patient care.

Eligibility

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or recognised nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing registration as applicable.
• Freshers and experienced Registered Nurses can apply.
• Good clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Compassionate, responsible and patient-focused approach.
• Willingness to work in a home healthcare environment.
