About the Practice
We are a membership-based, holistic family medicine clinic that operates outside of insurance. Our care model relies on strong teamwork, clear communication, and well-defined roles to support safe and efficient patient care. We respect patient autonomy and support informed, shared decision-making, recognizing that patients may choose different paths in their care.
Medical Assistants in our clinic play an integral role in both patient-facing care and behind-the-scenes coordination, including inbox management, visit preparation, and adherence to clinic protocols. Our team values respectful, professional communication with patients and each other, especially during high-volume or high-stress moments.
