Brief Description Hospice After Hours RN | Full-time, weekday nights Position: Hospice Response RN | Faith Hospice

Schedule: Full-time | Monday thru Friday, midnight - 8am

Territory: Kent and Ottawa Counties and the outskirts of surrounding counties

Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice After Hours RN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns
• Provide end of life visits
• Provide after-hours support and care
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, midnight - 8am

Location:

• Grand Rapids, covering a 50-mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids; Kent and Ottawa Counties and outskirts of surrounding Counties

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Michigan
• Minimum 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
• Hospice or hospital experience preferred
• Passion for hospice nursing
• Valid Michigan driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable means of transportation for home visits
