Job Summary

Lee Manor is expanding their staffing and is looking for RN's to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care. New Grads are welcomed!

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess patient health status and needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV insertion and monitoring.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management and family planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately to emergencies, including trauma medicine situations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Active CPR Certification
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
