Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Your role will be crucial in promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of our patients.

Duties:

• Perform physical examinations and health assessments

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results

• Assist with minor surgical procedures using aseptic technique

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Provide education to patients and their families on disease prevention, management, and self-care techniques

• Ensure infection control measures are followed to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in NY state

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

• Proficient in performing physical examinations, including vital signs assessment

• Knowledge of infection control protocols and procedures

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
