Registered Nurse

We’re Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)!

MetroCare of Springfield Homecare is seeking an RN to support our Homecare VNA and ASAP programs.

This position requires hands-on nursing care and travel to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing nursing assessments and direct patient care.
• Conducting supervisory visits and supporting home health aides.
• Coordinating care with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Homecare experience preferred.

Pay: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour
