Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments of patients. Develop individualized care plans based on these assessments, incorporating age-specific criteria for diverse patient populations.
• Direct Patient Care: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient health status and vital signs, promptly identifying and addressing any changes in condition.

Qualifications
