About the Role

Healic Health Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and compassionate Staff Nurses with a minimum of 2 years of hospital experience in OPD, IPD, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, General Surgery, and OT assistance.

The candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and supporting different departments as per hospital requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care across OPD, IPD, NICU, MICU, SICU, Emergency, and other departments.
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications, injections, IV fluids, dressing, and wound care.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, surgeries, and emergencies.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate nursing and patient documentation.
• Follow infection control, hand hygiene, biomedical waste, sterilization, and hospital safety protocols.
• Manage medicines, consumables, emergency equipment, and nursing supplies.
• Assist in CPR, resuscitation, emergency care, and stabilization of critical patients.
• Provide neonatal care in NICU as required.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments.
• Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, discharge, and follow-up care.
• Participate in shift handovers, audits, training, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies.

Requirements

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hospital experience.
• Experience in OPD/IPD, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, General Surgery, and OT assistance preferred.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational day/night shifts.
• Willingness to work across departments based on hospital requirements.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
