What they need
Company Description Alliance Care Hub is an NDIS provider dedicated to safe, respectful, and person-centred supports that empower people with disability to live with dignity, independence, and choice. The organization operates in strict alignment with NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct, supported by strong governance, safeguarding, and quality systems. With a focus on integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement, Alliance Care Hub aims to be a partner in each participant’s wellbeing, not just a service provider. The team combines clinical expertise with deep local knowledge to deliver flexible, responsive support tailored to each person’s lifestyle. Based in the Melbourne region, Alliance Care Hub provides accessible services, including daily assistance and complex clinical nursing, to participants across local suburbs.
Role Description This is a contract on-site Registered Nurse role located in Docklands, VIC. The Registered Nurse will provide person-centred clinical care to NDIS participants, including comprehensive assessments, care planning, wound care, medication administration, and monitoring of complex health needs. The role involves collaborating with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality care. The nurse will maintain accurate clinical documentation, uphold NDIS Practice Standards and organizational policies, and contribute to safeguarding and quality improvement activities. Day-to-day work includes supporting participant choice and control, responding to changes in health status, and participating in handovers, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
