Registered Nurse

We are seeking a casual/locum registered Practice Nurse to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, motivated and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments and education.

• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Administer medications and vaccinations as prescribed.

• Assist in minor surgical procedures and perform wound dressings and iron infusions.

• Maintain accurate and up to date patient records and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training as required.

Qualifications:

• Current AHPRA registration.

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a GP setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• CPR and First aid certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

• General practice: 1 year (Preferred)
