Registered Nurse

The PCF Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a primary care setting. The role includes patient assessment, assisting physicians, administering treatments, and promoting preventive healthcare. The nurse ensures efficient clinic operations while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including vital signs monitoring, wound care, and basic treatment procedures
• Assist physicians during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed
• Conduct patient triage and initial assessment
• Maintain accurate and updated patient medical records
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and proper medication use
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the clinic
• Monitor and manage medical supplies and inventory
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for patient care and referrals
• Assist in community health programs and medical missions, if required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse (with valid PRC License)
• With or without experience in a primary care or clinic setting
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to work in a clinic or community-based setting
• Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
