Registered Nurse

Are you an RN who enjoys getting to know patients, helping them navigate their care, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks?

Members Health Co is seeking a service oriented, proactive, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our growing, physician-led primary care and wellness practice.

Our membership model emphasizes prevention, accessibility, and lasting patient relationships. In this role, you’ll work closely with our physician or PA and Office Manager to deliver attentive nursing care and dependable follow-through.

What you’ll do:

● Perform nursing assessments, collect patient histories and vital signs, and support clinical visits.

● Triage patient concerns and coordinate timely provider evaluation.

● Reinforce care plans, medication instructions, and prevention-focused education.

● Perform authorized nursing procedures, including lab draws and IV services, within demonstrated competency.

● Track ordered labs, referrals, and follow-up needs through completion.

● Maintain accurate documentation and an organized, patient-ready clinic.

What you’ll bring:

● Active Tennessee RN license or valid multistate privilege to practice in Tennessee.

● Current BLS certification.

● Strong assessment, triage, communication, and organizational skills.

● Warmth with patients and dependable follow-through.

● Primary care, ambulatory, or concierge nursing experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., working across our Wedgewood, East Nashville or Nations clinics as demand requires. Assigned after-hours or weekend nursing coverage and occasional support at other locations or events may be required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
