Full-Time Pediatric Critical Care RN with Trach Experience

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Critical Care RN with tracheostomy expertise to join our multidisciplinary team, Monday–Friday, with flexible scheduling.

Role Overview
The Pediatric Critical Care RN will provide advanced, life‑sustaining care to critically ill pediatric patients, including those with tracheostomies. This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision‑making, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document vital signs, oxygenation, and respiratory status of critically ill pediatric patients
• Manage and care for patients with tracheostomies, including suctioning, humidification, and airway management
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed; operate ventilators and other critical care equipment
• Monitor patient progress, respond to acute changes, and implement emergency protocols as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate and support pediatric patients’ families, providing emotional support and care

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in pediatric critical care/ICU
• Proven tracheostomy care and airway management experience .
• BLS/ACLS certification; PALS preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to work under pressure

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, full‑time; flexible schedule available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
