Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Trital Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week Clinical Resource Nurse assignment supporting its centralized patient callback team in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

This phone-based position involves communicating lab results and provider messages, assisting patients with clarification requests, and routing questions to the appropriate provider. The nurse will work onsite, assisting with callback backlogs and outbound calls throughout the shift. No direct patient care or bedside duties are involved.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients regarding lab results and provider messages.
• Provide clarification based on information and instructions from providers.
• Relay patient questions to the appropriate provider for follow-up.
• Support the patient callback queue and help reduce outstanding call backlogs.

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia Registered Nurse license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Prior travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work onsite for the full assignment.

Assignment Details

• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• Eight-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Floating is optional.
