What they need

Company Description Peachtree Dialysis Center is a specialized healthcare facility dedicated to providing high-quality dialysis treatment and comprehensive support for individuals with kidney disease. The center prioritizes patient care, comfort, and peace of mind, creating a safe and respectful environment for patients and team members. Care teams work collaboratively to deliver personalized treatment plans that address both clinical needs and overall well-being. Peachtree Dialysis Center values compassionate, professional staff who are committed to improving patient outcomes and enhancing quality of life.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Registered Nurse will oversee and provide direct dialysis treatment to patients, including pre-treatment assessments, vital sign monitoring, machine setup, and post-treatment evaluations. The role involves administering medications as ordered, documenting care accurately, and responding promptly to changes in patient condition. The nurse will educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, treatment plans, and self-care, while collaborating with physicians, technicians, and other team members to ensure safe, coordinated care. The Registered Nurse will also participate in quality and safety initiatives, follow infection control protocols, and maintain compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.

  • Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support patients and families with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to follow infection control and safety protocols, manage multiple patients, and remain calm in urgent situations.
  • Previous experience in acute or chronic care settings is preferred; dialysis experience is a plus but not required.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced clinical environment and commitment to ongoing professional development.
