Dayshift 6a-6p Thursdays and Fridays

***$12,500 sign on bonus paid quarterly over 1 year***

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, communicating effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal care and patient satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of long-term care principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
