What they need
Current nursing license required. 2 years of recent post- anesthesia, critical care, or recovery care experience preferred. Current BLS. Current ACLS or obtain with in 12 months of hire. Assess and monitor patients pre and post operatively. Assist anesthesia and the surgeon in assessing and providing patient care during surgery. Proficient with starting IVs, monitoring basic vital signs and cardiac rhythms. Provide patients and families with education pre and post - operatively. Provide a calm and safe environment to patients and co-workers. Will be oriented and cross trained to all areas of surgery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
