Vivara is seeking an experienced, compassionate RN to provide personalized, evidence-based postpartum and infant-feeding care in families’ homes.

About the role

Provide:

• Maternal and newborn assessments.
• Breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, and combination-feeding support.
• Individualized care plans, education, and emotional support.
• Newborn-care guidance, documentation, follow-up, and referrals.
• Collaboration with our nursing team to support continuity of care.

Requirements

• Current RN registration and authorization to practise in Alberta.
• IBCLC certification or 10+ years of postpartum and infant-feeding experience.
• Strong maternal and newborn assessment skills.
• Confidence working independently in clients’ homes.
• Warm, respectful, family-centred approach.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Established contracting business or willingness to create one, with appropriate liability coverage.
