Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) – Nursing Home Facility (Massachusetts)

Location: Massachusetts (Applicants must be within 1-hour travel distance if currently based in MA)
License Requirement: Active Massachusetts RN license

Shifts: All shifts available (Day, Evening, Night)
Employment Type: Full-Time only

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a nursing home setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health, record observations, and update care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare staff, and families to ensure patient well-being.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards.
• Support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Massachusetts RN license.
• Flexible with scheduling across all shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to long-term employment and patient-centered care.

Interview Process

Pay: $41.00 - $42.00 per hour
