ReFuel is a locally owned wellness business offering IV hydration, recovery services, and chiropractic care. We’re looking for a personable, dependable Registered Nurse who enjoys helping people and providing attentive care in a welcoming environment.

About the Role

You’ll provide IV hydration services under medical provider orders and established protocols, assess clients, and help create a comfortable experience from arrival through discharge. The ideal candidate has strong IV skills, sound clinical judgment, and a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Review client health histories, obtain vital signs, and complete nursing assessments to determine whether provider review is needed before treatment.
• Start peripheral IVs and administer ordered fluids, vitamins, and other approved treatments within your scope of practice.
• Monitor clients during treatment, recognize adverse reactions, and respond according to emergency protocols.
• Explain treatments, answer questions within your scope, and provide aftercare instructions.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Follow infection prevention, medication handling, and sharps disposal procedures.
• Maintain treatment areas, monitor inventory, and check supplies for expiration.
• Coordinate with the medical provider and ReFuel team to support safe, efficient care.
• Assist with client flow and general daily operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license authorizing practice in Tennessee.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency in peripheral IV placement and infusion monitoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical assessment skills.
• A dependable, service-minded approach and ability to work independently within established protocols.
• Emergency department, critical care, infusion, or outpatient nursing experience preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
