About Us

The IV Spa is a concierge mobile IV therapy practice serving Jersey City, Hoboken, and all of New Jersey. We bring IV drips, NAD+ therapy, and wellness shots directly to clients at home, at work, and at partner events with gyms, residential buildings, and wellness venues. Our care is overseen by a medical director and nurse practitioner, and our service is premium and white glove from start to finish.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled, personable RN who wants flexible work outside the hospital/office. You’ll pick up on call shifts that fit your schedule, travel to clients, and deliver IV therapy following physician approved protocols. Every client has already completed a consultation with our NP or physician before you arrive, so you can focus on safe, excellent care.

Compensation

Each on call day pays a guaranteed $150. If the IVs you complete that day add up to more than $150, you’re paid the higher amount. Busy days pay more, and slow days still pay.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes, offices, and event locations across Hudson County and NJ
• Perform pre treatment assessments, including vital signs and health screening review
• Start peripheral IVs and administer IV drips and NAD+ infusions per protocol
• Administer IM wellness injections at events
• Monitor clients throughout each session (typically 30 to 60 minutes) and respond to any adverse reactions
• Document each visit accurately and securely
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and proper handling of supplies and medical waste
• Represent The IV Spa with a warm, professional, high end client experience

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing
• Current BLS (ACLS a plus)
• Strong, confident IV insertion skills (ER, infusion, ICU, or similar background preferred)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Flexible availability, including some late evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and bedside manner
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy
