Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in regenerative, aesthetic, or longevity medicine to join our team in Orange County, California. You'll deliver IV, injectable, peptide, and regenerative treatments under our Medical Director's protocols. You'll also screen clients for safety, explain their biomarker results, and help uphold the clinical standards that set Élevé apart. This role reports to our Lead RN and works closely with our clinical leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Treatments

• Prepare and administer IV nutrient therapy, including NAD+, using aseptic technique
• Administer IM injections and peptide protocols as ordered by the Medical Director
• Perform or assist with regenerative treatments, including PRP/PRF, exosome, and cellular therapies, per protocol
• Provide aesthetic treatments within RN scope, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), dermal fillers, and microneedling with PRP, following a provider exam and orders
• Support recovery and performance modalities such as red light therapy.

Diagnostics and Education

• Perform phlebotomy and coordinate lab panels
• Explain hormone, metabolic, inflammatory, and nutrient panel results to clients, and flag concerns to the provider
• Perform advanced diagnostics, including Styku body composition scans and VO2 max testing
• Educate clients on treatment plans, aftercare, wellness strategies, and realistic expectations

Screening and Safety

• Complete pre-treatment screening, including contraindication checks, medication and supplement reconciliation, and G6PD screening
• Recognize and manage infusion reactions, anaphylaxis, vasovagal episodes, and IV infiltration
• Keep emergency kits stocked, in date, and ready
• Follow all clinical, infection control, sharps safety, and exposure control protocols

Documentation and Client Care

• Manage informed consent workflows and before-and-after photo documentation
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in our EMR
• Communicate with clients in a HIPAA-compliant way, including text and portal follow-ups Maintain inventory, cold-chain storage, and treatment room readiness
• Deliver an elevated client experience from first visit through follow-up

Qualifications

• Valid, active California RN license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in regenerative, aesthetic, longevity, functional, or integrative medicine
• Proficient in IV therapy and injections, including difficult IV access, plus strong phlebotomy skills
• Hands-on experience with several of the following: IV/NAD+ therapy, peptides, PRP/PRF, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, IM injections
• Experience with peptides, hormone therapy (HRT/BHRT/TRT), or regenerative medicine
• Confident recognizing and managing infusion reactions, anaphylaxis, and other adverse events
• Working knowledge of hormone, metabolic, inflammatory, and nutrient lab panels
• Working knowledge of aseptic technique and sterile preparation standards (USP <797>)
• Current, active CPR or BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
• Genuine interest in wellness, longevity, and innovative treatments

PREFERRED

• Experience with VO2 max testing or body composition scanning
• Exosome, biologic, or cellular therapy experience
• GLP-1 or medical weight management experience
• RF microneedling, laser, or advanced skin rejuvenation experience
• Aesthetic injector certification
• Background in ER, ICU, sports medicine, or orthopedics
