The role

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our day team, working 36 hours per week.

You’ll play a key clinical role on shift, delivering person-centred nursing care while supporting and guiding care colleagues. You’ll have the trust and autonomy to lead with confidence, backed by a supportive management team and a stable, experienced staff group.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care
• Completing clinical assessments and personalised care plans
• Leading by example and supporting colleagues on shift
• Ensuring care meets CQC standards and best practice
• Building positive relationships with residents and families

About you

You’ll be a Registered Nurse who values people as much as process.

You’ll bring:

• At least 1 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience working with older people in a social care or healthcare setting
• A good understanding of CQC standards
• Confidence to lead, organise and make sound clinical decisions
• Strong communication and basic IT skills
• A flexible, team-focused approach
