Reliant Specialty Infusion is an Ambulatory Infusion Clinic founded in Monroe, LA. We have 15 infusion clinics located in Louisiana, Oklahoma, California, and Texas.

We're opening new ambulatory infusion clinics in California and building a PRN nurse team. You'd work on a small team with an NP, starting IVs, mixing and administering medications, monitoring patients during infusions, and responding to adverse reactions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any deviations from normal ranges.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist in performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results.
• Educate patients and their families on administered medications
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards, including infection control protocols and patient confidentiality guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Required:

• Active, unrestricted California RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience, including infusion therapy.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
