Qualifications & Skills: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN) and hold a valid RN license in the state or a compact license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others based on the specific unit or role. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements is necessary.

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties consistent with organizational mission, values, and standards.
