Registered Nurse- Day Program

Responsibilities:

We are recruiting for a full time RN position located at our Day Habilitation program in Norwood, MA. This position will oversee and administer medications, tube feedings, and breathing treatments; as well as monitor vitals and health of all individuals at our program. This position will provide comprehensive annual nursing assessments, quarterly and monthly medical reviews for all individuals, as well as maintain written correspondence with providers, families, etc. The RN will work closely with an Interdisciplinary team. This position is a liaison, having direct contact with families, caregivers and outside providers regarding health related concerns. The RN will work closely with another UCP Healthcare Coordinator/RN on coordination of nursing needs, oversight of nursing documentation, development of medical policies and MassHealth regulation oversight, as needed.

Qualifications:
