We have an excellent reputation for providing quality residential aged care and affordable retirement village accommodation. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team on a fixed-term basis, working Sunday and Monday nights from 11:00pm to 7:30am. There will also be opportunities to pick up extra shifts if desired.
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of our residents. - Responding effectively to changing resident needs and clinical situations.
ABOUT YOU
You're a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional care. You enjoy working as part of a team, can quickly build rapport with residents and colleagues, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for aged care and enhancing resident wellbeing
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Sound computer skills and confidence with clinical documentation systems
This is a rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse who enjoys variety and is committed to making a positive difference every day.
In return we'll offer you competitive remuneration package, a friendly and supportive team, education opportunities, work/life balance and a great place to work!
