Registered Nurse - Float

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide direct medical-surgical care in a hospital setting, following established policies, procedures, and protocols. Key Responsibilities Include

• Applying standards of nursing practice to enhance patient care and quality of life through systematic evaluation.
• Building effective relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.
• Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Considering physical, cultural, social, economic, and spiritual factors in managing health responses.
• Leading and collaborating with healthcare team members, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Communicating effectively and providing education on health maintenance and comfort measures.
• Serving as a mentor to colleagues and applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient needs.
• Performing point-of-care testing and other assigned duties, maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications Include

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• One to two years of RN experience, depending on the role.
• Current valid RN license in the applicable state, along with BLS certification.

Physical requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and communication; occasional patient handling and movement; ability to perceive visual and auditory cues.

Work environment: Night shift in a hospital setting, supporting a collaborative and patient-centered care approach.
