Registered Nurse (Full Time)

Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Full-Time Registered Nurse, where your expertise will directly impact patient well-being and recovery. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment. We have 2 positions to fill 1 for Day shift and 1 position for the Night shift .

Shifts are 12 hours from 07:30-19:30 and 19:30-07:30 with 1 hour unpaid break so each payable shift is 11 hours.

Duties

• Deliver personalized patient care by assessing needs, monitoring vital signs, and responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications accurately according to physician orders, ensuring proper dosage and timing
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication use, and post-discharge instruction.
• Delegate duties to your team on a daily basis
• Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff

Experience

• Proven experience in a clinical nursing setting, demonstrating strong patient care skills
• Solid knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform accurate assessments and interventions
• Hands-on experience with medication administration across various treatment contexts
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and compassionate patient interactions
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Be confident in leading your care team efficiently
• Valid nursing license in good standing for the applicable region or country

Pay: £20.00 per hour
