Registered Nurse - Graduate

Role Overview: The Graduate Inpatient RN provides comprehensive patient care, assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient and family needs.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing program, with a focus on developing critical thinking, leadership, and professional growth. Must demonstrate compassionate care, effective communication, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality improvement.

Additional Duties: Engage in unit safety initiatives, contribute to patient education, and participate in quality and safety programs. The role may include participation in a Nurse Residency Program, emphasizing skill development and professional advancement.
